A pilot connects one or two agreed companies and lets the participating firm assess the agreed Counzel features with real data. It is free, requires no payment card and creates no obligation to continue.
PILOT TERMS
Clear terms for a practical pilot.
These terms describe the current free Counzel pilot. They are deliberately short: a written pilot order and data processing agreement take precedence where agreed.
Your decisions stay yours
Counzel prepares, explains and flags. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making accounting and tax decisions, and submitting anything to an authority.
Data and access
You must have authority to connect the relevant accounting data. Our Privacy Policy explains the roles, safeguards, retention and your rights. A data processing agreement is available for firms acting for clients.
After the pilot
We review the hours saved and the fit together. A paid rollout begins only under separately agreed commercial terms; if you do not continue, we handle deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
